Welcome to NextTime ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, filling out your profile, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. When registering, you may be asked to provide details such as Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Date of Birth, City, State, Gender, Profession, and Interests.

2. Communications and Alerts

By creating an account, you may choose to opt in to receive communications, updates, alerts, and promotional materials from us via email, SMS, or push notifications. You may opt out anytime through your settings.

3. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully, not share your login credentials, not attempt to disrupt our systems, and respect other users. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content and Reporting

Certain features of the Service, including reviews and content shared within Friend Groups, allow you to post content that may be visible to other users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who post such content.

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the app using the report option available on reviews, or by contacting us at admin@cjbtec.com. We aim to review reports in a timely manner and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or blocking the user who posted it. Group owners may also remove and block members from their own Friend Groups at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials within the Service are owned or licensed by NextTime. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextTime and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
